Guide: Connect PERSUIT to Your AI

PERSUIT's Persi is available inside the AI assistants your team already uses. 

 

Before you can use the Persi MCP, it must be enabled for your organization. Contact your PERSUIT representative to request access.

 

Once MCP is enabled, Group Managers can turn on the MCP toggle under Feature Management > AI & Automation and grant access to all active users or only specific users. To learn more, see this article. 

 

After your Group Manager grants you access, follow below to connect the PERSUIT MCP to your AI tools.

CONNECT TO CLAUDE

Works in Claude on the web and Claude Desktop.

Server address: https://app.persuit.com/persi/mcp

On Claude Team and Enterprise plans, an Owner adds PERSUIT once for the whole organisation, via Admin settings > Connectors > Add > Custom, using the server address above. Everyone then connects individually with their own PERSUIT account (steps 3–4 below).

  1. Open Claude and go to Settings > Connectors > Add custom connector.
  2. Name it Persi and paste the server address: https://app.persuit.com/persi/mcp
  3. Select Connect - you'll be redirected to the PERSUIT sign-in. Sign in with your usual PERSUIT account, including your company single sign-on.
  4. Review what Claude will be able to access and select Allow access. You'll land back in Claude, connected.

That's it. Ask Claude about your requests, proposals, firms, benchmarks - or ask it to start a draft request and finish it in PERSUIT.

 

CONNECT TO CHATGPT

Available on ChatGPT Business, Enterprise and Edu plans. ChatGPT calls these connections plugins - Persi connects as a custom plugin your workspace admin sets up once, then everyone connects with their own PERSUIT account.

  1. Admin: turn on developer mode — Settings → Security and login → Developer mode. (Availability depends on your workspace policy)
  2. Admin: go to Settings > Plugins > Create. Name it Persi, paste the server address above, and choose OAuth for authentication.
  3. Admin: test the connector, then Publish it to the workspace and choose who can use it.
  4. Everyone: go to Settings > Plugins, enable Persi and select Connect - you'll be redirected to the PERSUIT sign-in. Sign in with your usual PERSUIT account and allow access.

Ask ChatGPT about your requests, proposals, firms, benchmarks - or ask it to start a draft request and finish it in PERSUIT.

 

CONNECT TO MICROSOFT COPILOT

One person sets PERSUIT up as an agent in Copilot Studio; once approved, it appears in Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams for everyone you choose.

  1. Open Copilot Studio and create a new agent (or open an existing one).
  2. Go to Tools > Add a tool > + Add, then select Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  3. Enter a name and description, paste the server address above, and choose OAuth 2.0 authentication. Leave the configuration type on Dynamic (with discovery).
  4. Create the connection and sign in with your PERSUIT account, then add the tool to the agent.
  5. Publish the agent to the Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot channel and share it to your organisation.
  6. Your Microsoft admin approves it in the Teams admin center > Manage apps (or the Microsoft 365 admin center > Integrated apps) and chooses who can use it.

Colleagues will find the Persi agent in Copilot chat and Teams. Each person signs in with their own PERSUIT account the first time, then it just works.

 

ANY MCP-ENABLED AI

PERSUIT connects over MCP - an open standard supported by a growing list of AI platforms. If your AI supports MCP connections, it can connect to PERSUIT.

  1. In your AI platform, find where connectors, tools or MCP servers are added.
  2. Add the PERSUIT server address above and choose OAuth sign-in.
  3. Sign in with your PERSUIT account and allow access.

Your permissions travel with you: everyone signs in as themselves. What Persi can see and do always matches that person's PERSUIT access - nothing more.

 

PERSUIT stays in control: your AI can ask, analyse and start draft requests. Reviewing, inviting firms and publishing always happen in PERSUIT.
