How can I request a firm review from my colleagues?

With PERSUIT Reviews, you can request a performance review of engaged firms from your colleagues to gather firsthand insights. All users, regardless of permission levels, will be able to request reviews from colleagues.

How can I navigate to Reviews?

Click on Reviews which can be found under My Firms in the main menu to the left of any PERSUIT page. 

How do I request a review?

You’ll find the Request Review button at the top right of the Reviews page.

The Request a Review window will appear.

First, decide which firm you’d like to request a review on. The firms shown here are the same ones listed in your organization’s contact directory.

Choose between general feedback or matter-specific feedback. If you’d like to leave matter-specific feedback, use the additional dropdown to select the relevant request from the list of matters you’ve engaged this firm on.

General feedback is regarding the firm’s overall performance and quality across all engagements, while matter-specific feedback is regarding a firm’s performance on a particular project or engagement.

Next, in Choose a Colleague, select the colleague to provide the review. If the review is related to a specific matter, then only the colleagues with access to the request will appear. If a general review is being requested, the only the colleagues who have engaged with the chosen firm will appear. 

Lastly, and optionally, you can leave a custom message in your request to your colleague. This message will appear in the email notification they receive.

Press Send Request to finalize the request.

Where can I view the reviews I have requested?

The Requested tab in Reviews will list all of the incomplete reviews you have requested from colleagues. 

Expand the requested review using the down arrow to view more.

If you’d like to delete or retract the review request to your colleague, click Delete Review. The request will be removed and the requester will be notified.
