PERSUIT allows you to configure Diversity related components on different areas of the platform.
Navigating to the Diversity Settings
To configure the diversity category, navigate to the Settings page found in the expanded main menu.
Note: only users with the Group Manager role will be able to view and access the Settings page. This means only users with the Group Manager role will be able to configure the diversity settings for the entire organization.
Select Group Profile and Options.
You’ll find a Diversity section in the Group Profile and Options page.
Configuring Diversity Settings
The Diversity section will have two different toggles where a diversity related feature can be enabled or disabled.
Note: Only users with the Group Manager role will be able to configure the diversity settings for the entire organization.
The first toggle, Display diversity rating in firm feedback, allows you to include or exclude the diversity category in PERSUIT’s feedback card feature.
Here is an example of a feedback card where the diversity category was turned off. Only the categories of Strategy, Pricing, and Expertise are listed in this feedback card.
The second toggle, Enable diversity questionnaire on requests, configures a preset diversity questionnaire that can be optionally included by your organization’s users per individual request.
Note: when configuring the toggles, be sure to press Save at the bottom of the page to confirm the selections.
If this is enabled, you'll need define what Diversity means for your group. Configure the appropriate criteria by using the check box toggles next to each option.
If the diversity questionnaire module is turned on for your organization, your organization’s users will find the diversity questionnaire in the Content section and have the option to include the diversity questionnaire module in any request they build.
If the diversity questionnaire module is turned off for your organization, it will not be accessible in the Content section and your organization’s users will not be able to include it in any request they publish.
