Duplicating legacy requests risks perpetuating outdated or non-compliant content, potentially creating compliance issues and administrative burdens. This becomes particularly relevant due to recent DEI policy changes in the United States as certain questions and specific wording are no longer permitted.
Group Managers can now deactivate other users' ability to duplicate legacy PERSUIT requests. This is configured in group settings.
First, navigate to the Settings found at the bottom of the expanded main menu.
Note: if you do not see Settings, this means you do not have Group Manager access. Please reach out to support@persuit.com if you would like access, cc'ing another Group Manager.
In the Settings page, click on Group Profile.
You'll find the Copying legacy requests section. Toggle this feature on for your group with the checkmark.
Press Save at the bottom of the page to confirm the changes.
