How do I manage my email notification preferences and profile details?

These settings live in the My Profile page, accessed by expanding user icon at the top right.

Profile details

At the top of the page, you can edit your name, job title, phone number (optional), and your location.

If you can't find your exact or preferred location, please select a nearby alternative. You can email support@persuit.com to report any missing locations and we will investigate.

Email preferences

Use this section to customize which you'd like to receive. Three tabs enable you to be more specific for different scenarios:

1. For requests you create.
2. For requests shared with you (when a colleague created the original request, then looped you in to collaborate).
3. For requests auto-shared with you (for auto-share users only, who are by default shared on all requests).

A purple toggle denotes that you will receive notifications; a gray toggle where you are not subscribed.

Press Save to confirm the chosen selections. A small green pill at the bottom of the page will show when this has been successful.

Note: if you are a Group Manager and receive a request from a user to join a new team, you cannot unsubscribe from these email notifications. These relate to an important approvals flow, rather than notification customization.
