There are some situations where organizations that normally leverage PERSUIT to create requests and engage outside counsel have teams that are invited to participate to another organization’s request and respond as a provider.
PERSUIT has the capability for those select teams and users to both create requests and respond to requests in our platform.
Note: the main way to access the account switching capability is to be directly invited to participate in a request as a firm or vendor. If you have not been invited to participate in a request but would like access, please reach out to your organization’s designated Customer Success Manager.
Navigating to the Firm/Provider view of the platform:
In the homepage of your dashboard, you will find a View As: dropdown at the top right of the page. This will only be present if you have been invited to participate in a request as a provider.
Click the dropdown and select the Firm Responding view to switch your account type.
After switching to the Firm/Provider view of our platform, you’ll see your dashboard has changed. You will find the request you’ve been invited to in the Requests Requiring Action section.
You will have your profile synced across both client and firm sides, meaning no additional form-filling will be required when switching roles.
You can view this article here for more information on how to respond to the request and create a proposal.
You can share the request you were invited to with the colleagues at your organization. Once shared with them, they will also have access to the View As menu and toggle between Client Requesting and Firm Responding types without additional onboarding required. You can view this article to learn more about sharing requests with your colleagues to collaborate on a proposal.
Please view our Knowledge Center for Law Firms & Providers for more articles and videos related to the firm/provider experience or reach out to our Support Team (support@persuit.com) at any time.
