How do I change my firm's name and settings on PERSUIT?

Go to Settings in the expanded left-hand side navigation, and choose Group Profile. 

Changing an organization's name

When you are first invited to a request in PERSUIT, the system will identify you and your firm by your email address. You can easily change these settings.

By default, the email domain will display as your organization name on all communications with the client and with colleagues.

In the "Group Name' field, enter your firm's name as you wish it displayed.

Below, you can change your Diversity settings, and view the registered domains listed for your organization. Click SAVE to submit any changes.

Note: only Group Managers can access Settings. Please reach out to support@persuit.com with any user permissions requests, cc'ing an existing Group Manager to validate your request.
