PERSUIT allows firms to view strategic insights into how their firm is performing on PERSUIT based on the requests they have been invited to participate in. There are two different ways for a firm to view this data in their own account: through the Performance dashboard and through the Performance page (View More Insights).
Performance dashboard:
The Performance dashboard is on your PERSUIT homepage and provides a high-level view of how a provider's entire organization is participating and winning in the PERSUIT requests they've been invited to.
At the bottom of your homepage and underneath the requests section, you'll find the Performance dashboard.
This dashboard can be seen by any provider user that has an account on PERSUIT. They will be able to view:
1. The total value of all successful proposals from your firm. This is the aggregate of all Total Prices of your successful proposals where pricing models have been Fixed Fee, Capped Fee and Budgeting Estimate.
2. A pie chart for your firm's invitations, highlighting the clients that invite you the most.
Note: the total number of invites doesn't always equal the same number of invitations an individual user has been invited to in the organization. For example, while the number in the image below says 27, the user holding the account may only have been invited to and have access to 11 of those requests.
3. Stats and metrics based on your firm's total number of invitations and some key breakdowns like the number of requests your firm has participated in, your firm's win rate, and how many submitted proposals were successful vs. unsuccessful.
Note: the win rate is calculated by your firm’s successful proposals against the number of times your firm has decided to participate in a request. This is based on requests where all due dates have passed or Requests that have been marked as completed.
Performance Page (View More Insights):
The Performance page provides more in-depth data into the requests your firm has been invited to participate in.
To get to the Performance page, click the View More Insights button.
Note: the Performance page can only be viewed by those with Group Manager access. If you or a colleague would like Group Manager access, please reach out to support@persuit.com.
The Performance page is broken up into two sections: the All Clients table and the Insights dashboard.
The All Clients table shows an all time overview of invitations and engagements from your clients and your firm. It provides insights into the total number of request invites received from each client, participation frequency, success occurrences, and the win rate achieved with individual clients.
The Insights section lies underneath the All Clients table and shows specific information regarding the invitations from clients. To filter by client and by year, use the drop down on the right.
After you've made your selection in the dropdown, you'll see insights specific to that client and year, in this example it's "WT&N - 2022".
You'll find the total value of the successful proposals during the selected period based on fee type. There is a dropdown to the right of this value allowing you to choose between fixed fee, capped fee and budgeting estimate.
Underneath the total value, a table will list all the requests your firm was invited to by the specific client in that specific year. It shows a high-level summary for each request including the initial bid, final bid, if you were selected for the matter and any feedback provided by the client.
Note: while you may see the title of the request in the table, you may not have access to the request details and relating proposal if you were not invited to it by the client or your colleagues have not shared it with you.
At the right and underneath the client/year selection dropdown, you'll find a pie chart breaking down the requests you were invited to by service area.
