Enhancements

New Question Types

Overview

We've added four more question types when drafting a request, giving clients more customization for how they elicit responses from firms. The question types are:

1. Percentage response
2. Multiple choice (select single option)
3. Multiple choice (select multiple options)
4. Scale response

Additionally, we've enabled a comment box for all question types for firm users to provide extra commentary. However, this comment box is unavailable for question types where there’s a free text field.

All question types are available in the Questionnaire section drop down menu. See below for how each of these new questions types would appear on the firm side:
