Insights analytics dashboards: how do I use them and which data can I find and export?

PERSUIT’s Insights is a collection of real-time analytics dashboards to explore you how your organization is performing, what value you are driving through PERSUIT, and more. It is very easy to read and all data can be exported too.

Please contact your customer success manager to organise orientation and training on this area of the platform.

Note: If you feel you should have access to Insights, but currently don't, please contact your company's program manager or your PERSUIT customer success manager.

Navigating to Insights

Hover over the menu found to left of the screen on any page. When expanded, click Insights.

Insights dashboard 

At the top of the page, you’ll find a purple bar that holds drop-down menus for timeframe, provider status and custom fields. Use these filters to tailor the data shown to your needs.

Insights categories

Underneath the drop-down menus, you’ll find five category tabs.

1. Executive summary - an overview of your request volume, agreed fees and cost savings,. Plus, monthly usage trends, and the specific details of those RFPs.
   
   
2. Providers - stats related to the law firms or legal service providers you engage. Who is being invited to the most RFPs? Who is participating the most? 
   
   
3. Diversity - understand how frequently the Diversity Module is used, see how often you’re awarding firms with diverse timekeepers (among other stats) and how those law firms are responding to diversity questions.
   
   
4. AFAs and Auctions - how often are you using AFAs? How often are you leveraging auctions, and what are the resulting savings?
   
   
5. Adoption - how many of your team members are creating RFPs, who is the most efficient user, and who has achieved the greatest savings?
   
   
6. Workflow Completion - this provide an overview of your group's RFP workflow process and can highlight problematic behaviors like failure to select proposals - at what stage are your team members getting stuck?

Each tab shows relevant high-level KPIs and then several specific charts directly below. 

Export to Excel

You can export any combination of tables, using the Export button at the top right of every page within the Insights dashboard.
