How do I upload our panel/preferred firms or approved firms to Firm Recommender?

To include your firm data within the PERSUIT Firm Recommender, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager. At minimum, our team will require the following information: 

• Firm name
• Panel type {options are Approved, Panel or Preferred)

Optionally you may include:

1. Area of Law (select from SALI Taxonomy)
2. Legal Service (select from SALI Taxonomy)
3. Location (select from SALI Taxonomy)

*These optional data points will not yet be reflected in the Firm Recommender but will be valuable in features we are planning in the future.

Once our team receives your file with these columns, it should only take 1-2 business days to see them in Firm Recommender.
