Law firms can designate internal key contacts that will automatically have access to, and receive notifications for, requests received by individuals at your firm, based on email domain. There are two options:
- Designated contact for all requests from all clients. For example, if Donna.Paulsen@SpecterLitt.com is the designated contact for Spector Litt, she will receive all requests sent to anyone with the same domain @SpecterLitt.com from any customer.
- Designated contact for requests from specific clients only. For example, if Donna.Paulsen@SpecterLitt.com is the designated contact for Specter Litt regarding Gotham Company, she will receive all requests sent to anyone with the same domain, @SpecterLitt.com, from Gotham Company only.
If you would like to add a designated contact to your firm, please email support@persuit.com with your firm, emails to be added as designated contacts, and the company you'd like to receive requests for (if applicable).
This feature has been added to assist law firms in responding to requests and to ensure the right people have visibility over the requests at all times. This feature also relieves the administrative burden of the invited person sharing to key contacts within the firm.
Typical firm designated contacts are head of pricing/proposals/pitches, business development, relationship manager, etc.
Your client will see your firm's designated contacts within the 'Firms' tab under 'Shared with'. In this example, the client emailed the request to Karl Wagner at Lambert Law, but designated contact Bree Lambert also has access. Nikolaus & Fisher Associates does not have a designated contact:
