Pricing with Decimals and Cents

PERSUIT allows prices to be entered with decimals.

In order to provide a price that includes cents, please note the following:

• if pricing in only cents, a "0" needs to entered preceding the decimal. For example, to provide a price of 3 cents for an item, "0.03" would be entered into the price field in order for the system to recognize the price as a valid amount.
  • typing in ".03" will yield an error message while typing "0.03" will enable you to save a valid number.
