I have been sent a Request, but I am not ready to submit a proposal. How do I inform the client?

Communicate directly with a client through the private Messages channel in the Request.

Within the specific request, the Messages function can be found at the top.

Once selected, the Messages will expand at the right of the screen. Select the External Channel to communicate directly with the Client.

You may need to use the Messages channel:

• to ask a clarifying question on a published Request
• to discuss conflict issues
• or for any other need to discuss a matter or transaction
